Rates & Insurance

Affordability and accessibility are important values in my practice. This is why I accept CIGNA insurance through Alma. I also offer sliding scale rates for those who need it. Please feel free to discuss this with me further in our free consultation call.

My out-of-pocket rate is $200 per hour for individuals and $250 for couples therapy, both of which are 45-50 minutes long.

 

I encourage everyone to use their FSA/HSA benefits to pay for therapy if that is offered by your employer.
