Rates & Insurance

Affordability and accessibility are important values in my practice. This is why I accept CIGNA insurance through Alma in New York. I am not currently paneled with insurance in New Jersey. 

 

My out-of-pocket rate is $250 for a 45-50 minute session.

 

I also offer sliding scale rates for those who need it. Please feel free to discuss this with me further in our free consultation call.

 

​I encourage everyone to use their FSA/HSA benefits to pay for therapy if that is offered by your employer.
